The practice of pediatric nursing demands a delicate balance of competence, compassion, and efficiency. As nursing professionals, we understand the challenges of managing clinical responsibilities while striving for excellence in care. With this in mind, I have developed this record book to simplify and streamline the documentation process for students pursuing child health nursing.
The revised syllabus of the Indian Nursing Council (INC), 2021, has brought about significant changes in the way pediatric nursing care is perceived and delivered. This record book is a humble attempt to align with these changes and provide a comprehensive framework for B.Sc (N) students pursuing child health nursing.
The formats provided in this book for case studies, nursing care plans, and developmental assessments are designed to be user-friendly, time-saving, and easy to reference. These formats have been thoughtfully structured to meet the needs of busy nursing students, allowing them to focus more on understanding concepts and less on paperwork.
