CLINICAL RECORD BOOK FOR MENTAL HEALTH NURSING FOR BSC NURSING SEMESTER-Vth

The practical record book entitled, “PV A practical record book for Mental Health Nursing” has flavor of its own both in scope and content distinctly different from already existing practical record books on Mental Health Nursing. The major thrust has been put to make this practical record book more students friendly, catering to the recent recommendations of Indian Nursing Council, for undergraduate students in clinical experience of Mental Health Nursing.
Each procedure has been explained as per the need of students and recommendations given by Indian Nursing Council. Necessary outlines are given to write about the procedure/techniques. Brief information about the procedure has also been given to quick review for the students. This practical record book will help the students to have uniform way of writing the prescribed assignments and giving a better appearance to the clinical assignments compared to the assignments submitted in loose papers/sheets.
At the end, practical record book contains common questions asked by the examiners at the time of Viva-Voce in practical examination. It is hoped that the record book will appeal to all nursing students as it fulfills their syllabi requirement with latest information.
