TEXT BOOK OF ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE FOR B PHARMAY SECOND SEMESTER

It is a great pleasure to frame out the preface of the first edition of “Environmental Science”. This textbook provides the core elements of a curriculum for teaching environmental science at the academia and industrial level, is made specifically as per in PCI norms and recommended to various colleges and universities in India. Most of the universities have introduced this new content as a course of environmental science in pharmacy course. The present book has been written for B. Pharm IInd semester students for their knowledge and awareness of the environment. This book is suitable for the basic and conceptual knowledge of students at the beginning of B. Pharmacy course to learn about environmental science, and natural resources. Awareness in the field of environmental science realize the Impact of environment on human health and their growth. To ensure a sustainable development we need to know something about how our environment works. It is the systematic, scientific study of the environment in combination with living organisms.
