We are delighted to compile the ist edition of Cumulative record book for B.sc Nursing students. This practical record is based on the curriculum formulated by the Indian Nursing Council (INC).It covers all the clinical areas of nursing program Semester- wise. It Correlates theory with practice in performing nursing procedures. It is designed to assist & evaluate the students clinical progress in the clinical areas. It gives detailed description of various procedures taught and re-demonstrated by the student nurses.
